Program Support Assistant
The Program Support Assistant will work with the TECH CORPS Admin team and program staff on all aspects of program implementation as needed.
Techie Club Instructor
Techie Club and Techie Club 2.0 are informal education programs that includes hands-on, interactive activities tied directly to national CSTA Computer Science standards for 3rd – 6th and 6th – 8th grade students. The lessons focus on a variety of computing topics, promote 21st century skills and provide students with an awareness of technology and STEM-related careers. Techie Club Instructors are responsible for coordinating and implementing all week-to-week aspects of the program.
Techie Workshop Instructor
Techie Workshops are one-day or two-day experiences designed to engage elementary, middle and high school students in hands-on computer science activities, ranging from programming or app development to robotics or 3D printing. Techie Workshop Instructors are responsible for coordinating and implementing all day-to-day aspects of the workshop.
Computing Career Corps Instructor
Computing Career Corps is a 15-week technology career exploration program for TANF-eligible students ages 14-17 in Franklin County. CCC Instructors are responsible for delivering content as well as leading and supervising the students as they successfully complete the program.
Computing Career Corps Site Coordinator
Computing Career Corps is a 15-week technology career exploration program for TANF-eligible students ages 14-17 in Franklin County. CCC Site Coordinators are responsible for providing support to the students and instructors as well as assisting with administrative oversight, supervision and management of all program aspects.
Highschool Coding Camp Instructor, Part-Time/Temporary
Coding Camp will introduce students to C# programming, Cyber Security and computer science concepts. Students will learn through the implementation of various labs and challenges that are based on real problems that software developers encounter everyday.
Techie Camp Instructor, Part-Time/Temporary/Seasonal
Techie Camp Instructors are responsible for coordinating and implementing all day-to-day aspects of Techie Camp, a full day, week-long technology experience designed specifically for elementary and middle school students. Techie Camps will be offered in Central and Northeast Ohio as well as in Georgia, New Jersey and Rhode Island.
Student WEB CORPS Supervisor/Instructor, Part-Time/Temporary/Seasonal
Supervisor/Instructors are responsible for leading and supervising student-employees as they complete an eight-week “summer work experience” in web development. Several program sites in Central and Northeast Ohio.
Student WEB CORPS Site Coordinator, Part-Time/Temporary/Seasonal
Site Coordinators provide administrative support at the Student WEB CORPS work sites. This includes supporting the Supervisor/Instructors and student-employees as they complete an eight-week “summer work experience” in web development. Several program sites in Central and Northeast Ohio.Read More
Summer IT - "On Ramp" Instructor, Part-Time/Temporary/Seasonal
Summer IT - "On Ramp" Instructors are responsible for coordinating and implementing all day-to-day aspects of the program. Summer IT - "On Ramp" is a two-week opportunity for students to explore a variety of in-demand occupations in the field of technology including computer programming, software engineering and app development. Summer IT - "On Ramp" will be offered in Central and Northeast Ohio.
