The 15 Minute Series -- The need to "train the Internet trainer" is the basis for the development of the 15 Minute Series. The goal is to fill this need by providing those individuals on the front lines of information exchange with a source for current, accurate, "ready-to-use" training materials that will be informative for both the end-user and the Internet trainer.

AskERIC -- The Educational Resources Information Center (ERIC), a federally-funded national information system that provides, through its 16 subject-specific clearinghouses, associated adjunct clearinghouses, and support components, a variety of services and products on a broad range of education-related issues.

The Library of Congress -- Complete access to the US Library of Congress. Includes "American Memory " a section containing photographs, movies, and sound recordings from American history and much more.

Merriam-Webster Dictionary -- The place on the Internet to find authoritative information about the English language. Look up a definition, pronunciation, etymology, spelling, or usage point in the WWWebster Dictionary. Check out the Word of the Day.

Bartlett's Familiar Quotations -- The 1901 edition of Bartlett's is yours for the browsing at Columbia University's Project Bartleby. You're just as likely to discover that the world is indeed a stage as you bury your nose in the writings of Agatha Christie, Emily Dickinson, and Thomas Hardy. Search for an author by name, keyword, or historical period.

International Directory of Art Libraries -- This Directory is provided as a means to access over 3,000 libraries and library departments with specialized holdings in art, architecture, and archaeology throughout the world. Data recorded for each institution includes address, telephone and tele-facsimile numbers, hours of operation, annual closings, and listings of professional personnel. It also includes electronic mail addresses of individual librarians and direct web links to institutional home pages.

Yahoo! Reference -- The Yahoo! Reference qualifies as one of the better megareference indices. In addition to its considerable repertoire of hyperlinks to useful reference sites on the Web, it also includes acronym guides, calendars, dictionaries, encyclopedias, flags, libraries, maps, phone books, phone numbers, postal information, and more.
