Welcome to CyberSmart! and the CyberSmart! Toolkit. TECH CORPS volunteers assist schools to introduce and use new technologies. Once a school’s computing infrastructure is in place, teachers need help to build up the comfort level necessary to integrate technology with learning. The CyberSmart! School Program provides easy-to-follow lesson plans and student activities that teachers use to introduce students to the skills necessary to use computers and the Internet safely, responsibly and effectively. Our objectives are for teachers’ technology use to become second nature so they can efficiently utilize computers and online resources to have a positive impact on student achievement, and for students to become responsible, technologically literate 21st century citizens.

TECH CORPS volunteers can work with teachers by introducing them to The CyberSmart! Toolkit provides all of the resources and links that the volunteer needs to gain a sound understanding of the program and to effectively introduce CyberSmart! to teachers and other educators.
