TECH CORPS celebrates Computer Science Education Week with events and activities!
Monday-Friday, December 6-10
More than 5,000 3rd and 4th graders in TEN states will engage in computer science lessons using the CUTOUT4CS curriculum that will:
focus on Computational and Algebraic Thinking experiences.
use a fun cookie design scenario teaching them the basics of programming language.
Tuesday, December 7
Join us at 12NOON on Tuesday, December 7 for a Lunch & Learn on Facebook (@techcorpsUS). Representatives from Hyland Software, Inc. and TECH CORPS will discuss their technology education partnership. They will share insights about how developing a meaningful strategy can impact students and corporations!
Wednesday, December 8
The winning teams from our November 6 hackathons in Akron, Columbus and Zanesville will be recognized by the Ohio Legislature for #CSEdWeek. Students will meet their district representatives and receive recognition for their achievements.
