
KeyBank Volunteers Impact Students
This summer, Cleveland high school students gained hands-on, real-world experience designing websites for KeyBank mock client volunteers. Through a TECH CORPS program called Student WEB CORPS, nearly 80 students and more than 40 KeyBank volunteers partnered together for a learn-and-earn experience.

Oberlin HS Alumni Prepare Next Generation of Tech Innovators
TECH CORPS will train and deploy seven Oberlin High School graduates as summer staff for its technology programs in Lorain County this summer.
TECH CORPS Northeast Ohio Regional Manager Michelle Moore believes in hiring local talent to encourage local students. Moore explained, “I can’t think of a better way to show our Lorain County students that they are valued and have infinite potential than by hiring local grads to empower them.”

Student TECH CORPS serves rural communities
Recent graduates from Graham High School in Champaign County are launching careers in technology thanks to a TECH CORPS signature program called Student TECH CORPS.
As part of TECH CORPS’ mission to bring safe and supportive computer science learning experiences to traditionally underrepresented groups including rural students, the Student TECH CORPS program has been available to rural communities since 2005.

100 Franklin County High School Students Invest Time After School Building Their Technology Skills
Franklin County 9th and 10th graders will have the opportunity to learn about 3D Printing, Coding, Robotics and technology careers. Thanks to the support of the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, TECH CORPS will provide 15-weeks of technology instruction to 100 TANF-eligible students. The program that runs after school, one day a week from February through May will be held at three locations—Horizon Science Academy High School, Franklin Heights High School, and the TECH CORPS office

That’s why our CCC program staff receives in-depth training before they engage with our students.
